TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vargas and Sons, reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions, etc… at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review them whenever you visit our site and purchase products from us.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Debit and Credit.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEES

Our shipping and processing fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling, packaging and delivering the products you purchase. Our products are shipped UPS Ground and are shipped out on MONDAY'S ONLY.

To avoid delay in the processing of your order, please be sure to provide us with accurate credit card information (name as it appears in the card, billing phone number and address). Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery time for any orders placed on our web site.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We take the utmost pride in the products that we produce, but if you are unhappy with our products please contact us within the next business day upon the delivery of your order. If your order is damaged, you will have two options.

1. Return the damaged products and get a full refund less the shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the return postage.

2. If you would like another order, return the damaged products and as soon as we received them we will gladly shipped another order out to you at no cost to you.

We also cannot offer refunds for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Someone Must be home to receive your shipment especially on Friday, since UPS does not deliver Saturday and Sunday. If an unsuccessful delivery is made we will not be held responsible for damage or spoiled products.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to Sales@vargastortillas.com. E-mail cancellations must contain the following: first name, last name, e-mail address and credit card used. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing the order has not been charge and/or shipped. In the event your order was processed, there will be no refund.

POLICY CHANGES

If we decide to change our rates, shipping, processing fees, refund and any other policy, we will inform you by posting on our web site. Those changes will go into effect on the effective date posted. The new policies will apply to all current and past customers and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
